Warranty Coverage:

By purchasing this warranty, you receive unlimited coverage against material and workmanship defects under normal use. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What the Warranty Covers:

1. Manufacturing Defects: If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace it free of charge. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified items are covered.

2. Components and Workmanship: We cover issues with components and workmanship that affect the operational functionality of the MiniBlaster.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

1. Normal Wear and Tear: Damage from normal use, including scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, is not covered.

2. Accidental Damage: Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care or maintenance, or any modifications to the product voids the warranty.

3. Lost or Stolen Items: This warranty does not cover lost or stolen products.

4. Damage from External Causes: Damage resulting from external events such as floods, fires, earthquakes, and other natural disasters is not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Service:

Process: To initiate a warranty service, contact our customer service team with your purchase details and a description of the issue. Proof of purchase and photos of the defect may be required.

Evaluation: We reserve the right to inspect the product to determine if the warranty applies. If the issue is covered, we will proceed with repair or replacement.

Repair or Replacement: We will attempt to repair defective units whenever possible. If a repair is not feasible, we will provide a replacement unit. Replacement units may be refurbished or new, at our discretion.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping the product to us. We will cover the shipping costs for sending repaired or replacement units back to you.

Limitation of Liability:

We shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law:

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction. The terms of this warranty are governed by the laws of the country in which the product was purchased.

Changes to the Warranty:

We reserve the right to modify this warranty at any time, so please review it periodically. Changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
